| Getting Here |
| By Car |
Welchman Hall Gully is a ten-minute drive along Highway 2 going north from Everton Weeks Roundabout located on the ABC Highway. Follow the signs leading to Harrison’s Cave. You will reach the south end of Welchman Hall Gully first on your left then Harrison’s Cave on your right. Continue following the road until you reach a junction. Keep left at the junction until you reach the main entrance on the left. |
| By Bus |
You have two choices, private operators or Barbados Transport Board (government buses). Both are the same cost, however, private buses will drop you off directly in front of the Gully. To take a private bus, you must make your way to Bridgetown and look for the Lower Green Bus Terminal located next to the General Post Office. Take the bus with destination to Sturges. Your trip will be about 25 minutes.
To catch a government bus, you must also make your way to Bridgetown. You can catch a large blue government bus going to Sturges from the main bus terminal. The bus will drop you off at the back of the Gully, then you must walk around ¾ of mile to entrance. |
| By Taxi |
Negotiate the price before coming to the Gully, but all taxi drivers will know where the gully is located. If you get a taxi to the Gully, it would be worth also visiting other attractions in the area; they are all located within 5 minutes of each other. |
| Island Tours |
There are several island tours visiting Welchman Hall Gully. If you have a hard time finding one, do not hesitate to contact Welchman Hall Gully and we will give you the name of several tour operators. |
